- Brown 3 lbs hamburger with 1 medium chopped onion in a skillet
- Sprinkle 1/2 C. flour over browned meat
- Add 2 C. tomato sauce, 1 quart jar or 28 oz can of tomatoes, 1 C. ketchup, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 C. vinegar, 2 Tbl mustard, and 2 Tbl Worchestershire sauce to the meat.
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- Serve on hamburger buns with coleslaw and watermellon
