Connie's Cowboy Tacos

Make cowboy tacos in your crockpot in the morning and by dinner time the whole house will smell delicious.

Place the following into a crockpot and cook on low for about six hours:
  • 2-4 frozen or fresh chicken breasts
  • 16 oz of Salsa
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1 can of drained pinto beans
Shred the cooked chicken once done and put back into the pot.
Add the following to the pot for about 15 minutes or so:
  • 1 can corn
  • at least 2 cups shredded cheese (whatever you like)
Serve with chips or tortillas. It great as a taco or burrito filling. Simply delicious.
